There is a list of common questions on my store so check them out and if you still have questions then please let me know.

  • What if I miss the bus?

All passengers are responsible for making sure they meet the bus before the time of departure. No refunds will be provided if you miss the bus and the driver will not wait due to scheduling commitments. Please be early.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled but fees will be incurred. 

  • I need to get to medical appointments, can you help with cheaper travel?

Unfortunately I am not able to get any subsidies or grants to allow me to take cheaper bookings for the elderly or disabled, but there are some ways you might get your travel cheaper. Some private health insurance policies will pay for travel for medical appointments, and you may qualify for a mobility allowance if you are disabled. I may have an opportunity to apply for a grant in the middle of 2020

  • Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied minors from 12 years of age are welcome to book a seat. If they are being dropped off after dark a responsible adult must meet the bus at the drop off point. No responsibility is taken for the welfare of minors. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Animals

Due to space restrictions any animal you bring with you must be held on your lap for the entire trip. Animals must be well behaved. 

  • Freight

If I have room freight/mail/parcels may be able to be carried. Please enquire.

  • What are my payment options?

If you book online you can pay via Paypal, or with your cards using paypal. For the regular shopping trips you can either book online or book and then pay with cash on boarding.
